Collaborate Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Telesales Executive to join our team in Ferndown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and building strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate sales conversations with potential customers over the phone.
- Create productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Accurately record and input customer interactions into our CRM system.
- Develop and sustain relationships with potential customers, building rapport and trust.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by our Marketing Director.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Work towards targets, with the opportunity to earn commission.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical and organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport and engage with people at all levels.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Office365 and CRM software.
- A consistent track record of performing to the highest level.
