About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare and support to our young people, including domestic needs, education, and socialization skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in therapeutic care and support.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, including safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's commitment to providing therapeutic, person-centered care.
  • Aged 21 or above.
