About the Role
Tarmac Trading Limited invites applications for a Highways Maintenance Supervisor position, playing a key part in our Norfolk Highways project. As a leader in the field, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Supervising crews working on various highway projects, including kerbing, paving, drainage, and patching works
* Planning and delivering works effectively, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
* Conducting site inspections and reporting safety observations using our reporting system

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills, experience in highways maintenance, and relevant certifications like NRSWA Supervisor card and LGV/HGV licence. Additionally, a valid UK full manual car driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential.
