About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Highways team as a Highways Operative, working on the Norwich project of works. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our road infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair roads, pavements, and other infrastructure assets
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in highways maintenance or a related industry
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work at heights
