About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Signaling Systems Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of our projects and providing guidance on technology and project delivery. You will work closely with our clients to develop project scope and technology options, ensuring a consistent approach to delivery and a more assured output.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UK signaling/telecoms project engineering at a senior level, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. You will also have experience of CEM/CRE responsibilities on Network Rail infrastructure, as well as knowledge of risk management, CDM, and CSM.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be a strong communicator and leader, able to interface with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
