As a Chief Financial Officer at beBee Professionals, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as managing cash flow and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
