Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Administrator to join our team at Accurate Background. As a Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing system administration support to our Client Relationship Managers and Implementation Coordinators.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system administration support to Client Relationship Managers and Implementation Coordinators, including creating new Candidate forms in the Candidate Portal and adjusting Olive account configurations.
  • Use reports to quality check tasks completed by you and your team-mates, demonstrating a thorough understanding of system settings and a keen eye for detail.
  • Work together with the implementations team to deliver ad-hoc projects and achieve strategic goals, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Articulate technical advice in a clear and concise manner, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance for team members.

What We Offer

The annual base salary for this position ranges from £21,700 -£32,650. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, and 401k.
