Lead Teacher for Student Progress and Wellbeing

Kingsthorpe College is looking for a Lead Teacher for Student Progress and Wellbeing to join our team. This role involves leading the development and implementation of behaviour and attendance strategies, as well as overseeing student inclusion and attitudes.
The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and development of our trust, while also ensuring that pupils receive a world-class education, experiences, and outcomes. We require the successful applicant to undergo enhanced DBS clearance and appropriate checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of behaviour and attendance strategies
- Oversee student inclusion and attitudes
- Contribute to the growth and development of the trust
- Support the delivery of the CPD programme
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
