Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe.

About the Role:

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs are in line with budget.
  • Carry out duty management shifts according to business needs.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
