Job Title: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Haringey. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism in their Maths, English, and Science lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with Autism in their academic and social development
  2. Work closely with the SENDCo to develop and implement individualized education plans
  3. Assist teachers in the classroom and provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  4. Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top 20 UK University
  2. Experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
