About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with stock replenishment, including receiving and storing stock

  • A competitive hourly rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures
  • An additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights
