We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to join our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Greater Manchester area. As a key member of the C-suite, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to the Global VP of Finance and Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to the Global VP of Finance and Systems
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to meet financial objectives
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Head up a large team encompassing transactional finance, IT, and purchasing
- Guide the business on financial strategy, developing new policies and procedures, budget control, and reporting
- Develop and implement an internal audit program, ensuring compliance with financial and statutory regulations
- Report, analyze, and manage risk
