About the Role:
Our client, a highly innovative manufacturing SME, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide strategic financial guidance and lead their finance team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predicting future trends. You will also implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 5+ years post-qualification experience and previous experience working within the manufacturing/FMCG industry. You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen sense of commercial and business awareness. You will also have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve their best.
