Senior Physics Teacher and Leader

As a Senior Physics Teacher and Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Physics department, setting clear direction and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will develop and implement a stimulating and challenging Physics curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the National Curriculum and incorporates the latest advancements in Physics education.
You will oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the Physics teaching staff, budget effectively to ensure the department has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, and contribute to the teaching of Physics across the curriculum, potentially including Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership success, a deep understanding of the National Curriculum for Physics, and a passion for innovative teaching methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a love of Physics and scientific inquiry.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
