About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Strategy Manager to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end media strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the development of media strategies, taking into account local market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Coordinate with our media agency, Publicis, to develop and implement Nomad Foods-specific media guidelines, including social media, programmatic, e-retail media, influencer marketing, SEM, and SEO.
  • Manage Nomad's relationship with key media owners, such as Google, Meta, or TikTok, to develop beneficial commercial returns and learning opportunities.
  • Lead the media actionability of learnings emanating from MMM studies, in coordination with the Media Manager for Performance and Effectiveness, to improve media impact on the short and long term.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in media planning in either client or agency-side, with a strong background in digital media.
  • Proven ability to implement successful media strategies.
  • FMCG/C PG experience.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with media agencies and multiple markets.
  • Experience in managing media budgets over €20 million.
  • Experience in leading media strategy and planning for global brands.
