Energy Transition Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Energy Transition Managing Consultant to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our Energy and Utilities practice, you will play a critical role in supporting our existing client base and driving our ambitious growth strategy.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, leveraging your expertise in energy transition technologies and services to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver commercially viable consulting market offerings, identify opportunities with existing accounts and new customers, and contribute to client acquisition and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine existing consulting market offerings, including taking them to new markets
- Work with PA's Go-To-Market and specialist teams to develop propositions and deliver large-scale and complex projects
- Lead and deliver projects, working within mixed consulting and client teams to plan, manage, and deliver work
- Contribute to the development and growth of PA's activities in the energy and utilities sector, with a strong focus on energy transition technologies and services
We are looking for a Managing Consultant with a strong quantitative, finance, economics, or engineering background, combined with expertise in at least one of the technologies critical to the energy transition. You will have a significant track record in strategy and business thinking, and experience in delivering innovative solutions within renewable energy. You will also possess strong market understanding, including commercial issues, policy & regulations, and technology.
