We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team in North Wales, where you will have the opportunity to develop your wound care knowledge and skills as part of a highly skilled and experienced foot ulcer team.

The successful candidate will be fully supported by a team of highly skilled and experienced wound care podiatrists and work within joint vascular team clinics and other MDT elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To make appropriate judgements on and be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of podiatric care of your patient caseload.
  • Care will be provided in a range of primary and secondary care settings, the majority of which will be in isolation, without the support of podiatry colleagues.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Podiatrist with a keen interest in developing their wound care knowledge and skills.
  • The post will primarily be within wound care but will also be working independently in both community and acute settings.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work successfully within both podiatry and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Degree or equivalent in Podiatry and Health and Care Professions Council Registered Podiatrist.
