Babcock International Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our Cavendish Nuclear site. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic value and operational excellence across the business.

The Role

As a Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that meet the business needs in terms of safety, cost, schedule, and quality. You will work closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to drive collaborative relationships and deliver high-performance results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure procurement deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Accountable for the development of a robust supply chain that supports business objectives
  • Enhance and utilize sourcing and tendering processes to meet project and program deliverables

Requirements:

  • High performance attributes and experience in team and supply chain management
  • Stakeholder mapping and communication plans in place
  • Procurement strategies aligned with business needs
  • Proactive management of early procurement engagement in project and business strategies
  • Supply chain designed to support project delivery and bid development

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC ITAR security clearance for this role.
