As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will play a crucial role in partnering with leaders and their teams across the business to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance.
In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to provide operational and strategic insights, enabling optimal commercial and strategic decisions. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans, as well as leading the annual budget setting process.
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business, working collaboratively with finance and non-financial colleagues to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Financial Controller to provide operational and strategic insights
* Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans
* Lead the annual budget setting process
* Provide line management support and guidance to the Senior Finance Officer
