Pet Care Role

We are seeking a Animal Care Team Member to join our team at Winchester Companion Care, a well-established veterinary clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role, with responsibilities including:

  • Booking appointments and managing client schedules
  • Providing excellent client service and ensuring high standards of accuracy in all aspects of the role
  • Managing finances and taking payments
  • Filing and general administration tasks
  • Interacting with clients and their pets

The weekly working hours will be Monday to Wednesday from 9 am to 7 pm, and every Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.

About You
  1. You must be friendly, professional, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
  2. You should be self-motivated, punctual, and organized, with a keen eye for detail.
  3. You need to provide excellent client service and demonstrate your commitment to delivering high standards of accuracy in all aspects of your role.
  4. Experience within the veterinary profession is highly desirable, or experience in a similar client-facing role.
  5. You must have excellent communication and written skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  6. You should be IT literate and able to use Microsoft packages quickly and accurately.
