Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team in Central Manchester. As a key member of our Collections team, you will be responsible for handling Mortgage collections in litigation state while adhering to all Collections policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • To professionally and effectively handle Mortgage collections in litigation state while adhering to all Collections policies and procedures.
  • Exploring all avenues around the repossession of property for our customer base.
  • Be a team player within both the Collections team and the broader Finance team of Aldermore Bank supporting the business as a whole to deliver growth and other targets, whilst adhering at all times to the overall compliance policy framework within the business.

This is a rewarding role based in our busy, Manchester Office where you can expect a friendly and flexible culture. You will be able to split your working week between home and the Manchester Office, allowing you to have the work-life balance you need.
