Master Backend Engineer for Live Game Enhancement

Are you a skilled Master Backend Engineer passionate about crafting high-quality server features to support new game functionality, platform enhancements, and operations? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our development team and contribute to the enhancement of our live games.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role if desired. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from various teams to design, architect, and implement server features required to support new game functionality, platform enhancements, and operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the security, high performance, reliability, and scalability of the backend infrastructure, delivering code of the highest quality through good design, and attending to detail and system testing on a timely basis. Additionally, you will share knowledge and help colleagues both inside and outside of your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and implement server features required to support new game functionality, platform enhancements, and operations.
  • Ensure security, high performance, reliability, and scalability of the backend infrastructure.
  • Deliver code of the highest quality through good design.
  • Attention to detail and system testing on a timely basis.
  • Share knowledge and help colleagues both inside and outside of your team.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong experience in Java, databases, and caching. Experience in Web Development, preferably with React, is also a must. Bonus points will be given for knowledge or experience with SonarQube. Fluency in English is required.
