About the Role
As a Retail Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, coaching, and developing their skills to meet or exceed targets.

You will also be accountable for managing inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation, as well as creating and executing in-store events. This role requires flexibility across days and hours, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
