We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will work with a beautiful and fully equipped setting, sharing a unified goal to actively enable each child and young person in our care to achieve their own personal best.

Our team is comprised of experienced and supportive individuals who are committed to delivering the highest possible standards and outcomes for the children and young people in our care. We offer best-in-class inductions, training, and continuous support and development via our dedicated Learning & Development Team.

We require applicants to demonstrate positivity, innovation, friendliness, empowerment, and a person-centred approach. These values underpin our decisions and actions to achieve the best possible outcomes for all involved.

CareTech Group is committed to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care. All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years. We also require information on all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable, as well as details of employment going back to full-time education.
