About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential service.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth and development.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people in our care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and personal growth
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care and support
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of children and young people
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
