Job Description: As our General Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing performance and processes, and developing the branch business plan. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Liaising with major accounts to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Recruiting and developing staff to ensure the branch has the right skills and expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales and business skills in flow control, with experience in managing sales teams
  • A strong network of contacts in the Scottish Oil & Gas industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with a solid understanding of commercial principles
