Exclusive Education is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs at a Special Educational Needs school in Warrington. This role involves working 5 days a week, contributing to the development of personalized education plans and ensuring students receive individualized support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored assistance to students across various curriculums (EYFS to Key Stage 5)
  • Assisting teachers with lesson plans and educational activities to promote academic success
  • Collaborating with educators to develop comprehensive education strategies
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with SEN
  • Relevant degree or teaching assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1-3)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or residency status
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN
  • Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • References from previous employers
  • Current DBS registration or willingness to apply
