Job Title: Graduate Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Technical Consultant to join our team at Solirius Consulting. As a Graduate Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our team on projects for our private and public sector clients and assisting in the design of bespoke business solutions for implementation into delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior consultants to understand client requirements and find appropriate technical solutions and toolsets
  • Developing tactical, short-term solutions to solve business problems using low-code solutions
  • Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting technical consulting activities such as architecture development work, setting up governance processes, and providing support for bids on new projects
  • Carrying out technology audits
  • Researching new technologies
  • Helping with internal applications or other work when possible
Requirements:
  • Strong degree in any discipline
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology, whether via chosen degree path, related experience, or extracurriculars
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word, with an ability to successfully engage with team members and clients
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to continually learn
  • An interest in future technologies
  • Some understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies, is desirable but not essential
