About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at the NexGen Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our social housing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out lawn cutting and landscaping tasks
  • Perform greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks
  • Prune hedges and control weeds
  • Maintain shrubs and litter pick
  • Sweep and clean outdoor areas

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
  • Full UK manual driving license
