About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at NexGen Group, a leading provider of cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our social housing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out lawn cutting and landscaping tasks to maintain high-quality grounds
  • Perform greenkeeping tasks, including hedge pruning and weed control
  • Conduct shrub maintenance and litter picking to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Operate a manual driving license to transport equipment and materials

Requirements

  • 1 year of professional experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
  • Full UK manual driving license
