We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fragrance and customer service. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fragrance, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized fragrance experiences for customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Jo Malone London fragrances and products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and inspiring in-store experiences

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is not essential, but a passion for fragrance and customer service is a must

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
