As an English Lecturer, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver A Level, GCSE English, and Functional Skills Literacy to students and adults in both classroom and online settings. You will also be expected to develop resources, monitor learner progress, and promote positive outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should hold an A Level qualification in English or above and either have or be working towards a teaching qualification. Although a teaching background is not essential, you must be able to bring the subject to life using combined methods of practical, theoretical, and digital learning.

In addition to your teaching expertise, you will work closely with other staff members to develop and share best practices within the Curriculum and Department team. This collaborative environment will provide you with opportunities for growth, professional development, and networking.
