**Job Title:** Cancer Treatment Centre Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy technician to lead our team at the Royal Marsden Hospital's Cancer Treatment Centre in Sutton. As a Cancer Treatment Centre Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SACT Distribution Unit and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

**Key Responsibilities:** You will direct, supervise, and coordinate the daily running of the SDU, adhering to standard operating procedures. You will also work closely with clinical unit and pharmacy staff colleagues to resolve any queries or problems with patients' treatments. Additionally, you will participate in audits, data collection, and implementation of developments to enhance the SDU service.

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in hospital pharmacy, with experience in leading and managing teams. You should hold a NVQ level 3/BTEC equivalent in Pharmaceutical Science and be registered as a pharmacy technician with GPhC. An Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification is also required. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage the SDU and its teams.

**Salary:** Our competitive salary is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
