Job Summary:

ThriveSW is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of commercial sites in the Wiltshire region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to provide an efficient and productive service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure timely and effective completion of electrical maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure a seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with clients and building managers to understand their electrical maintenance needs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with a full apprenticeship and extensive experience in commercial electrical maintenance
  • City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 2 (essential) and Level 3 (desirable)
  • 17th or 18th Edition electrical certification
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection certification (desirable)
