Operational Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on various topics
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Collaborate with Home Managers to implement individual personal development plans
- Attend external meetings and conferences as required
Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with a C&G 7300 qualification or equivalent, Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience, and a strong understanding of legislative requirements in the care sector. Additionally, candidates should have 2 years of training experience and a full UK driving licence. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, including a comprehensive benefits package, company car, laptop, phone, and professional development opportunities.
