Care Support Workers play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users at Mayflower Court.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced or new Care professional to join our friendly, supportive, and inclusive team. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promote their independence, and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

A Day in the Life
As a Care Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and support tasks
• Promoting independence and dignity
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and service users
• Participating and supporting wellbeing events and activities
• Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
• Communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required
