Transport Service Role Overview

We are a leading provider of patient transport services, operating across the UK with an impressive fleet of over 800 vehicles. Our company culture prioritizes professionalism and service excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a PCO Company Driver, working in a predominantly outdoor environment on vehicles that transport clients from and to various locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.

Our drivers undergo expert training, ensuring they deliver high-quality passenger-focused transport solutions. With a strong emphasis on customer care, we strive to provide exceptional service to our passengers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Safety and Customer Service: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients throughout their journey, providing a safe and comfortable experience.
  2. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects to the relevant authorities and completing necessary paperwork.
  3. Driving Standards: Drive professionally, adhering to speed limits and regulations within bus depots and school premises.
  4. Customer Interaction: Engage with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • A valid current UK driver's license
  • No greater than 3 penalty points
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English language
  • Proven eligibility to work in the UK
  • Able to provide suitable references and proof of identity
  • Valid current Person PCO certificate

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
