Business Development Executive

RedTusk Talent seeks a Business Development Executive to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships in our Manchester office.
This exciting opportunity allows you to build a successful career in financial services, with the potential to become a fully qualified financial advisor.
You will adopt a consultative sales approach, actively prospecting and developing long-term relationships with businesses across the Northwest interested in implementing financial initiatives for their employees.

Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
- Manage existing clients to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop new relationships and drive business growth
- Competitive Base Salary: £60,000 + Performance-Related Bonuses
- State-of-the-art city centre offices

- Sales experience in a consultative environment

- Ability to self-generate results and work independently
- Degree from a Russell Group University or Strong A-levels
