We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Home Bargains. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support fellow team members in delivering excellence across the board, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
  • Adapt to various roles, including tills, stock replenishment, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience.
Benefits
  • Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £9.00 per hour for below 18-year-olds to £11.88 for those 21 and over.
  • 20 hours of contracted work per week.
  • 5.6 weeks of paid holiday per year, rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service principles.
  • Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.
