We are expanding our Sales Team in our Chorley office and seeking a motivated individual to join our Outbound Sales Team as a Sales Advisor. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to our customer base, building and managing a pipeline, and hitting key KPIs. You will work with our customers to determine their energy needs, discuss their energy usage, and arrange site surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' energy needs and preferences
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through outbound calls and other sales activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • IT skills with a good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
