About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our commercial solar energy solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to discuss their energy usage and solar energy needs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Research prospects through LinkedIn and identify customer needs through consultative selling.
  • Arrange site surveys by gathering essential details and coordinating with the technical team.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets in a competitive, challenging environment.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress in our CRM system.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, B2B Sales within Solar or relevant industry.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion to achieve targets.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
