Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major new build residential & mixed-use scheme in Lewisham.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Senior QS in managing the project's financial and contractual aspects.
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide support in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.

Our client is a reputable developer with a strong track record of delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across the country.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary between £45k - £50k.
  • A full package including bonus system.
