Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ashbys Consulting is a reputable main contractor in East London, renowned for delivering high-quality projects in residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. With a strong focus on build quality and service, they have established long-lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our small commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects, from pre-construction to delivery and handover. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and potentially lead an Assistant Surveyor and a Commercial Administrator.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
