Key Responsibilities:
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Oversee the development, implementation, and management of PPM schedules to ensure all assets are maintained in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including water hygiene, asbestos management, and other statutory obligations.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the performance of external contractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to Hard FM and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of water hygiene, asbestos management, and other key compliance areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong contractor management skills with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage.
