This role involves collaborating with third-party asset management companies to proactively manage property sales. The successful candidate will work closely with external representatives to ensure a seamless process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for strategy implementation
  • Liaising with borrowers and third parties to facilitate cooperative sales
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure properties are marketed and sold within agreed SLA's and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with clients, borrowers, and third parties to ensure loans are repaid within contractual timescales
  • Responding to information requests accurately and within agreed SLA's
  • Amending borrower accounts accurately and in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements
