Construction Industry Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Paulmont Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the construction industry, building relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date on market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship-building and sales strategies.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations to potential customers, effectively conveying value propositions.
- Update the CRM system to reflect sales activities and new contacts.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (essential)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Commercial awareness with business finance knowledge
