Join us at Access Services as a Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities In this meaningful role, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism, providing personalized support and care to help them achieve their goals.

This is a part-time position, requiring up to 13 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your schedule. We value candidates who are passionate about empowering others to live independently and reach their full potential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and events related to client care, ensuring seamless communication with Coordinators and family members.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect.
  • Represent Access Services with professionalism and integrity, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements and Compensation:

  • A minimum of one year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
