About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our social media efforts across all platforms, creating and executing a content-driven, community-focused strategy that amplifies our message and grows our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content using various tools and platforms, including Meltwater, Asana, and Meta Business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative and Design teams to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster interaction and growth within our online community through regular posting, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance and competitor activity to optimize our social media presence and stay ahead of the competition.
- Event Support: Contribute to marketing efforts at brand events with compelling social content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, ideally in a luxury or similar industry.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of major social platforms, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creativity and Communication: A creative thinker with excellent time management and communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in social media tools like Hootsuite or similar.
- Team Player: A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
