Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personalised Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tutoring network, you will work closely with students in their homes or schools, delivering tailored lessons that cater to their individual needs.

Salary: £20 - £30 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke lesson plans that engage and inspire learners.
  • Monitor progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance academic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions through our virtual platform.
  • Work directly with students, offering one-to-one support and guidance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with complex needs.
