The successful candidate will be qualified in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy, with active registration with the relevant professional body (NMC/HCPC) and the right to work in the UK. While prior experience in Functional Specialist roles is not necessary, full training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus a 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time). The OTE is £45,650. In addition to a starting salary, we also provide a hybrid work model, no nights, late evenings, or weekends, 25 days holidays- increasing with service + bank holidays, internal progression opportunities, company-matched pension, life assurance, retail vouchers, paid charity day, and more.
